These experiences, coupled with the challenges of government procurement, highlighted a significant gap in the market. The tools available at the time were inadequate for handling the multifaceted requirements of this environment—where understanding data nuances and making informed decisions are as crucial as streamlining processes.”

Driven by such realization, Vikas launched ProcUrPal in 2023. Through the platform, Vikas aimed to develop a SaaS solution that transcended mere workflow automation, offering robust analytics and insights that empower procurement teams.
