Manpasand Beverages has appointed industry veteran Rakesh Gambhir, as its new CEO. Gambhir who is an established business leader with background in multinational conglomerates, previously served as the business head for India at CG Corp Global, a leading Nepal-based multinational.

 

He brings over 25 years of experience in the FMCG sector to his new role, and his strategic acumen and expertise in brand development, marketing, and innovation mark his success as a thought leader in the industry.

 

Earlier, he worked with Reliance Retail, Future Group India etc where he played a pivotal role in taking the company’s marketing and retail strategy to new heights.

 

Manpasand Beverages Limited is an India based company and is engaged in the manufacturing of fruit drink products. 

 

It owns brands such as MangoSip, Fruits Up, Manpasand ORS, and OXY Sip. 

 

MangoSip, their flagship brand has been recognized as India's 2nd largest selling mango drink.

 

Manpasand Beverages was established in 1998 by Dhirendra Singh and is also traded on National Stock Exchange.

 

He leased a factory formerly run by Mahananda Dairy in Mumbai to produce MangoSip, and began selling it in smaller Tier-II, semi-rural, and rural markets. 

 

The company realized the potential of its flagship brand MangoSip after succeeding in Uttar Pradesh. The same distribution formula helped them to grow the number of distributors steadily in other parts of India.

 

The company’s plants are located at Vadodara, Varanasi, UP, Gujrat and Dehradun.
