Sustainable supply chain solutions provider LEAP India has acquired CHEP India Private Limited (CIPL). 

 

This strategic move involves the transfer of CIPL’s assets, customer base, and team to LEAP India. EY & Anagram Partners acted as LEAP's advisors on the transaction.

 

LEAP Group, which includes TARON Material Handling Equipments as a subsidiary and the recently acquired CIPL, now operates 33 warehouses, manages over 11 million assets, serves more than 6,000 customer touchpoints, and employs a team of over 3,000 full-time equivalents (FTEs).
