Further, the investment round attracted participation from notable angel investors including Sriharsha Majety (Swiggy), Mohit Kumar (Ultrahuman), Naiyaa Saagi (MyGlamm), Nitin Gupta (Uni), and Nishith Rastogi (Locus).

Announcing the launch, the startup said, “We started Mysa with a simple but powerful belief—finance and banking for businesses should be seamless, automated, and intelligent. Yet, most companies today still deal with broken, outdated systems that lead to endless reconciliation loops, manual errors, and compliance nightmares. We knew there had to be a better way.”
Mysa has already onboarded companies across sectors including names such as DPDZero, Kouzina, Guru & Jana, Swish, and Rigi.
The founding team of Mysa consists of Arpita Kapoor, Mohit Jain and Mohit Rangaraju. Arpita Kapoor’s first entrepreneurial stint started with mobile gaming startup Mech Mocha which was acquired by Flipkart in 2020.
Mohit Jain, on the other hand, hails from banking and finance background with names including Axis Bank, Citi Bank among others. In his present role at Mysa, Jain looks after partnership and sales.
Rangaraju, was the cofounder at Mech Mocha followed by his stint at Flipkart as director product.
